Energy Centers

The squares, triangles and diamond shapes that you see in the bodygraph chart are called energy centers. Here is an overview of the energy centers:

Root Energy Center

  • The Root Energy Center is a pressure center – it is  the pressure to start things,  it is like the gas pedal on a car. It creates momentum.
  • When the Root energy center is colored in –  it suggests that this person is designed to handle pressure and can rely on this center to kick start new things.
  • When the Root energy center is open or white – this person will experience adrenaline rushes that ignite them into action. This energy isn’t always there for them but when it comes – they can leverage it.

Solar Plexus Energy Center

  • The Solar Plexus Energy Center is an awareness and motor center where emotions “live” – think happy to sad or melancholy. This center can also move or inspire you to take action or say things.
  • When the Solar Plexus Energy Center is colored in – this person has their own emotional wave that they can rely on which makes them very resilient. This is also a very creative energy.
  • When the Solar Plexus Energy Center is open or white – this person can pick up on emotional intel from their environment and use it to “read a room”.

Sacral Energy Center

  • The Sacral Energy Center is a motor center – it is about desire, fertility and creativity.
  • When the Sacral Energy Center is colored in – this center will create energy for the individual particularly when they are doing things they love doing.

  • When the Spleen Energy Center is colored in – this person will have a reliable instinctive voice they can rely on.

  • The Ego Energy Center is a motor center – it is all about motivation and willpower.
