In the video linked above, I walk-through 3 manifestation layout ideas for blank pages in your planner or journal. These layouts are inspired by Human Design, the book Manifest Now by Idil Ahmed and To Be Magnetic – a manifestation method by Lacy Phillips.
As a reminder, my layouts are very functional and practical. There is no artsy, fancy stuff here because I am just not gifted in that way so I keep things simple!

What do I mean by specific vs. non-specific manifestation?
- In Human Design, there is something called the “Four Transformations”. (If you are looking at your bodygraph chart you will see 4 arrows at the top of the chart by the head and crown energy centers.)
- If your bottom RIGHT arrow points LEFT – you are a “Specific Manifestor”
- If your bottom RIGHT arrow points RIGHT – you are a “Non-Specific Manifestor”
- Specific Manifestors
- You are designed to be specific about the things you are calling into your life. So when you do manifestation work (e.g., manifestation journal, meditations etc) it benefits you to get into the details of the thing you are calling in.
- Non-Specific Manifestors
- You are designed to be less controlling about the things you are calling into your life. When you are doing manifestation work, it benefits you to identify or write down the top 3 – 5 things about the thing you are calling in. You are designed to be high level and getting into the details may feel restrictive to you. (NOTE: while you are not meant to get into the details of the WHAT – you still need to be very clear on your WHY behind the manifestation)
The Specific and Non-Specific Manifestation layouts are best used on an annual or quarterly time frame
Layout 1 – Specific Manifestor – Creating your List
- On the left side of this 2-page spread (image below), you will find space to write four different things you are manifesting into your life. The spaces are intentionally left open so you can go into as much detail about your manifestations as feels supportive to you.
- On the right side of this spread, you will have an opportunity to journal to support your manifestation work. Here are 3 journaling ideas:
- Identify blocks and fears that may be preventing your manifestation from coming in.
- What actions can you do to release the old and call in the new
- Identify “expanders”. An “expander” has the following characteristics.
- They are individuals (you know personally or through social media) who have a similar background as you.
- This individual has achieved or obtained the “thing” you are calling in.
- They can be a partial expander if they only have part of the thing on your manifestation list.

Layout 2 – Non-specific Manifestor – The List
- On the left side of this 2-page spread (image below), there is a space to write four different things you are manifesting into your life. For each manifestation, there is an opportunity to identify or write the top 3 to 5 most important characteristics about the thing you are calling in.
- On the right side of this spread, you will have an opportunity to journal to support your manifestation work. Here are 3 journaling ideas:
- Identify blocks and fears that may be preventing your manifestation from coming in.
- What actions can you do to release the old and call in the new?

Layout 3 – Weekly or Daily Layout to support your manifestation work
- This layout can be done weekly or daily. It is designed to support your practical life and manifestation work in the following ways:
- Identify your priorities for the day or week. At least one of these should be in alignment with your manifestation work
- Identify an affirmation that is in support of the work you are doing
- Space to document your “to-do” list
- Space to document crazy ideas or the “pings” you get. “Pings” are the ideas or thoughts that pop in your head that may potentially lead you to your manifestation via synchronicity.
- Reflection – What does my free self want today? (Answering this question will keep your attention on the things your heart desires and the things you are calling in)
