Important – After you complete your purchase, I will….
- Reach out to you via email within 1 business day to confirm your purchase and request your birth date, exact birth time and birth location. I need your birth information before I can do a chart analysis
- Ask you what your current priority or number one focus in life is right now that you would like addressed in your reading. I will also ask if there are any specific questions you have about your chart.
- Confirm the date that you can expect to receive the recording of your chart analysis. I am typically able to record a reading and have it ready for your review within 2 – 5 business days of receiving your birth details. If you have a special timing request please let me know.
What will you get when you purchase this pre recorded Human Design Chart Analysis?
- You will receive a video file (audio file is also an option) that will be about 60 minutes long. I recommend downloading this file and saving it to your own device so you can access it whenever you like.
- I always send my clients a description of their incarnation cross (aka life theme) so that you can read it and take time to process the information.

I am happy to refund your purchase if you let me know in writing BEFORE I receive your birth information. I WILL NOT be able to issue a refund if I have received your birth details and started the chart analysis / recording. That said, it is important to me that you have a positive experience so please contact me at aluxuriousmind@gmail.com to discuss a concern or unique circumstance you may have.

This is a digital product and NOT a physical product so you will not receive this product via the mail system. You will receive an automated confirmation email of your purchase a few minutes after the transaction is complete. I will then email you personally to collect your birth details and confirm the timing of your recording and when you will receive it via email.
