How to know if you have Channel 23-43 activated in your bodygraph chart
- Go to myhumandesign.com and go to “Get Your Chart”.
- Input your birth details including birth day, birth time, birth location.
- NOTE – Information in the bodygraph chart is VERY sensitive to birth time so it is important to have an accurate birth time if possible.
- Look at the Ajna and Throat Energy Center in the bodygraph chart. If Gate 43 in the Ajna Energy Center is connected to Gate 23 with a colored line (not white) this means this channel is activated and the energetics of it are consistently available to you.
What are the Channels in Human Design?
- The Channels in a Human Design body graph chart represent the gifts, talents, motivations, energetics or drives that are consistently available to us. If you DO NOT have a channel fully activated or colored it doesn’t mean you never have access to that energy. It just means it’s not a reliable or constant energy in your life.

- The energy of this channel is always structuring and it has the gift to make things more efficient.
- Gate 23 looks to Gate 43 for the unique insight or new perspective that needs to be shared through the voice. Gate 43 looks to Gate 23 for a way to clearly communicate the revolutionary ideas and insights.
High Expression of the Channel of Structuring
- This energy is often called a “Genius freak energy” because you are here to pave the way for new things.
- You have come into this life with an agreement with the universe to see a new way of doing things. Because you have essentially “come down early”, many people may not be ready for some of your ideas. You are here to take the risk and learn the right time and right audience to share your ideas with.
- When you are able to express your ideas and they are well received – you will be viewed as a genius. But when those ideas are not well received then you may be perceived as a “freak”.
Challenge Side of the Channel of Structuring
- Those who have this energy in their chart need to learn two very important things: Communication skills and patience.
- Communication skills so you can make an impact on your audience
- Patience so you can wait for recognition from your audience so you know that they are ready to hear what you have to say.
- The energy of this channel is about the individual – so you are not here to pull others along and get them to embrace your unique ideas. Expressing your new ideas is more about leaning into your authenticity and expressing yourself than it is about acceptance of those ideas.
